I got my hair highlighted on Saturday, didn't wash it Saturday, didn't wash it today [Sunday]. Would it be safe to wash it tomorrow if I used something like Dove Advanced Color Therapy for lightened or highlighted hair?

Your stylist should have washed it after getting your highlights done. You can wash it any time after you get it done. Only with perms you have to wait before washing it, or with red dye since it fades faster.

Yep it should be set in pretty well by now to wash.. More then when you highlight it more or less Bleaches your hair so its not gonna take it out like color will come out...
