Which color highlights should I get for my hair?

There is a picture of the exact color my hair is. I just cropped it from a pic. The middle has lighting, but it's not like that obviously. My hair is a dark brown. My complexion is medium, not super tan, but a light tan. Not pale.

Any color except for anything wild like pink, blue, green. I'm deciding sort of around brown/blonde/reddish.
