depends on ur eye color or the color of a specific accessory u always wear. eg: i have brown eyes, so a lighter shade of brown would suit me fine, but i ALWAYS wear an accessory or shoe that is blue, it is my trademark so i did two different shades of blue highlights. it is pretty cool. but i f a had blue eyes it would look significantly better.
