Blond w/ black highlights sounds like it could be really really bad if you don't know what you're doing. If you do know what you're doing though, it sounds kinda cool.

Go for more of the natural look, trust me. If you want to go blonder, just get some nice even highlights. Not straight lines, cuz then you can totally tell it's fake.

blonde hair would look good with just dirty blond underneath NOT black lowlights and a tatto is stupid u should get henna or something to try it first. hope this helps.

if u want to go blonde and black i would do the blonde on top and the black on the bottom so that is not a huge change, thats how i have my hair and i love it.

i think that losing weight would be a smart thing to do if you do it they right way and for the right reasons.

and about the tattoo everyone have tattoos even teachers and they are not rebelious.
